Ecommerce Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator's central role is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines. This role will be accountable for acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of fellow team members and third-party contractors to deliver projects according to plan.


The commerce Coordinator is responsible for the online sales of the brand. They oversee the look and feel of the company website and are responsible for generating sales via online channels. You also oversee digital marketers, web, database and software developers who contribute to website traffic, design and structure. Requirements of Project Coordinator:

  • A track record of managing difficult and demanding customers and turning unhappy customers into satisfied ones.

  • Knowledge of project life cycles and strategies

  • Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred

  • Formal project management process and methodology

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Willing to work hard and put extra effort forth to meet deadlines and exceed client and management expectations

  • Experience with Project Management tools (Microsoft Project)

Responsibilities of Project Coordinator

  • The Project Manager duties include obtaining a clear understanding of the project objective, team member responsibilities and managing project implementations to ensure successful delivery of our solution

  • Full eCommerce Project Management responsibility from project initiation to effective implementation and sign-off Issues and Risks identification, mitigation and resolution

  • Managing all tasks, timetables, budgets, deliverable

  • Coordinate development, integration and production

  •  Liaise with the technical teams to ensure that the deliverable are met in accordance with project timescales

  •  Coordinate with business analysts to ensure user requirements are gathered and prioritised

  • Manage users and management expectations

  • Provide quality control across all projects.

  • Handle multiple tasks concurrently

  • Monitoring and checking Market place daily to ensure all jobs are being carried out correctly.

  • Making sure every order is sent and nothing is left each day and ensuring all the team carry out their orders and at the correct speed required by the company and all orders have gone and no issues arise

  • Setting a goal, creating and implementing the strategy.

  • Delegating and organising the work daily in the section and cut off times are met for clients

  • Completing any daily log sheets if necessary, for health and safety checks

  • Administration tasks as and when requested

  • Liaising with customer support with any issues

  • Maintaining and adding to the digital listings on our online shop, including maintaining the product listings and collections etc.,
