The ideal applicant should have a humble yet outgoing demeanour and be confident in their capacity to assess a candidate's potential through deft questioning. They should have excellent organisational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be actively contributing to employee motivation to create a cohesive employee engagement model in the workplace. They should encourage a company culture where employees can approach them with concerns and issues that they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person before bring it to hiring managers
  • Schedule meetings and interviews with hiring managers
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Meet weekly targets related to calls and emails
  • Perform day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
  • Maintaining employee attendance records
  • Reporting performance and salary reviews of candidates to higher management
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Provide timely and accurate communications and responses to enquiries for employees and managers
  • Conduct individual audits and get Finance team final approval before payroll provider to process.
  • Promote the right work environment in-office and a productive company culture
  • Be a confidante for employees to communicate with them about their experience in the workplace and get feedbacks about improvement and suggestions
  • Motivate employees to progress and grow in their respective roles to improve employee experience
  • Help employees achieve their goals and benchmarks
  • Act as a bridge between Management and employees
  • Organise occasional fun activities & interactive games
  • Following appropriate measure related to employee termination wherever required

Mandatory:

  • Good office desktop, Excel and web applications knowledge
  • Proficiency in English; written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 3+ years work experience as an HR Administrator or Assistant. [ Freshers can be given a chance provided they possess high proficiency]
